Access
Access to the databases requires registering with DATAJURIS and setting a password.
Each password gives one connection and works on any platform. The only rule is that the same password cannot be used in more than one session at the same time.
The contract
Contracts have a minimum term of one year, because the initial investment DATAJURIS makes in training and in making the databases available does not make any other arrangement economically viable.
Once connected to our databases, users pay nothing more for on-site training, help desk requests or specific requests to our services within our scope of business.
It is a complete service, and we do not want budget concerns to stop anyone from making full use of it.
Contracts differ for sole practitioners, law firms, municipalities, SMEs and large companies.
Alternative consumer dispute resolution
Under Law no. 144/2015 of 8 September, in the event of a dispute consumers may turn to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body.
